Highly do not recommend this company. They were scheduled to make a repair under my home warranty policy and they were no show. They did not give a follow up call after speaking with the tech the day of the appointment. Save yourself the trouble and find another company.

I use a home warranty service. The procedure is I contact the service, they contact the repair company and the repair company contacts me. So after a day and a half and no contact from Davis Applianbce, I called Davis Appliance. To their credit I got an appointment the same day. He came out fixed the dryer in 20 minutes. The dryer lasted for two loads. I immediately called Davis Appliance back got his voicemail but did no get a response. I called the next morning and again that afternoon left a message but still no reply. After 2 more days of being ghosted by a repairman I had to contact the warranty service. After 10 days without a dryer the warranty company provided another repair company. Mr. Davis if you're reading this, know that your business practices affect people and families. They came out and said they needed to order a part. Did not give a time frame of when it would be in. It has been over a week and they are not answering the phone now.

There was an unprofessional lack of communication. I was listed as the primary contact by our home warranty company. He did not call me, he called my wife. When I called him back, we set a date and timeframe and he asked me to call him back a few days before. I did and he didn’t answer so I left a message. He never responded so I reached back out the day he’s supposed to come by. It rang once before he sent me to voicemail. I left another message and no response. Needless to say, I contacted the home warranty company and they have had it reassigned.
