        The customer service was very rude and didnt even greet properly. Especially the lady at the front.

        Waits times on par with purgatory. the staff are extremely friendly people, but there is 0 regard for your time. You will be here upwards of 2 1/2 hours. only come here if you're employer solely uses them for drug screening, try to talk them into accepting a test from somewhere else.

        After waiting 35 minutes, I was informed the technician took lunch at 3 pm as my shift ends at 3:30 pm and having to urinate real bad I was skipped twice not sure if it was on purpose but I would recommend any other site besides this one.
