        Howard was incredibly on top of everything! I really appreciate his professionalism!!! No nonsense, small talk, waste of time that I’ve seen from realtors that are acquaintances of mine! I listed my house with him because he actually solicited by phone....not that other realtors hadn’t done so .... but his direct business like manner came through immediately on the phone!! I honestly cannot sing his praises enough!!! I believe he would have had it sold first week on market if hadn’t been for tenants not allowing him to show it!!! As soon as I got tenants out ... he sold it!!! Can’t go wrong with this guy!!!
