Zero stars!!!
Terrible customer service. Our loan officer shelved our file after having it for weeks so she could study for her license to do business in Hawaii. We were told our loan was complicated with "a lot of moving parts" as an excuse. We lost the contract on our second home as a result.
So awful!!!
