Warren was knowledgeable, patient and tenacious in finding auto and umbrella policies that suited our needs in a timely and cost-effective manner. Other agents that we had consulted with had offered us policies with much higher premiums than last year's and simply said that that was the best they could do because premiums were going up. We look forward to working with him to find a new homeowner's policy soon.
