        Quality of their service became poor. They were to keep yard and driveway clear, but all they did was blow leaves from one area to another, never picking them up, and leaving parts of my property with a thick covering of leaves. Have to hire someone else to cleanup after them. Think they were just in a hurry to get done. In response to the owner, I guess it's my fault I didn't clarify that keeping the driveway clear, in my mind, meant PICKING UP, NOT TRANSFERRING LEAVES AND YARD DEBRIS around my property. I let them service the yard for too long without properly overseeing the poor job they were doing. Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance
