Jamie contacted me regarding my below review. Any misundrstandings that existed were resolved in a professional manner. Accordingly, due to his professionalism and business ethics, I have upgraded my overall experience with Central Florida awnings This is to relate my unsatisfactory experience with your recommended Dealer Central Florida Awnings in Orlando. Susetter referred them to me asyour recommended Dealer for my area. I live in Pinellas County (approx105 miles from Orlando.) They contacted me and told me that they would need to schedule an onsite appointment for 1 1/2 weeks as that was when Jamie (Bovill) was going to be in our area. I scheduled the appointment and Jamie called the day before. I thought that he was calling to confirm our appointment. But that was not the case. He told me that he liked to call in advance and discuss by phone before doing an on site visit. It soon became apparent to me that his main objective in making the call was more to wheedle out of doing the onsite evaluation, if at all possible. He used every excuse that could be conjured (from concerns about face to face contact times and COVID distancing to potential clearance issues that might be an issue with the installation) This may seem obvious, but clearance issues and installation hurdles would be the reason for the onsite evaluation. No? Instead of keeping the appointment to find a solution he was looking at some old online picture of my house and presenting all the obstacles to doing the installation including statements of how various options would cost more money, and implying that I, therefore, wouldn't want to spend more. (I should say, at this point, that I never indicated to him that additional costs were a prohibiting factor). He should have kept the appointment, done some measurements and offered a solution. Jamie was polite and professional, but alas very unhelpful and not really interested in customers 100 miles away. Just say so!

Everything went smoothly from purchase through installation. Great people to work with from purchase to install. Highly recommend them.
