I replaced a 20+ year composite shingle roof with a metal roof installed by DAC roofing. DAC was recommended to me and I chose DAC because their BBB rating is A+ and their quote was competitive. DAC did a great job. Very professional and it looks fantastic. I have 2 chimneys and a couple of attic vents which they worked around beautifully. The City of Pensacola inspector agreed that the roof was well done and commented to me that DAC roofs are usually top notch. Drek was my DAC roof contact. He was always on time and responsive to my concerns. Contract signing and Notice to Commence was easy and straight-forward. Office personnel were professional and payment (half when materials are delivered and half upon completion) was easy via the DAC portal. I highly recommend. Love my new roof! I checked with about 8 competitors prior to selecting dac. I selected dac for three reasons. They had done two of my neighbors, they had the best price and sales person was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. After I signed the contract, I was even more impressed. They did EXACTLY, what they said. They charged my card 1/2 upon delivery of the materials, scheduled installation (which I cancelled two times due to weather). The day of installation they said they would be here between 7 and 7:15, eight men showed up at 7:10. There were additional men and women that showed up throughout the day doing various things. I had hurricane damage and needed a new roof. I was referred to DAC by a friend who had told me how happy he was with them and how happy he was with the price. I called them and got a quote, was very surprised how good the price was, they came out and replaced my roof in one day. I would highly recommend and have already referred them to others in the area.
