DO NOT BANK HERE! Long story short myself and family have banked here for decades. My mom unfortunately passed away, unexpectedly and waited 11 days after she passed and paid what she owed on her account which I didnt even have to and closed the account. A month in a half later they take out 400 of MY ACCOUNT when her account had been closed but said I didnt close her account! Receipts! This is just the beginning as the staff is incredibly rude and act as if theyre above you for absolutely no reason. This isnt just a one time occurrence as its happened multiple times and then to steal my money because I bank there as well is absolutely unethical! Small bank hard up and doing middle class people dirty! There were two people sitting in the lobby waiting for a manager due to mismanagement of their money that they said wasnt their error but rather the banks. WOW is an understatement! I now have to file a complaint and close my account! Theres been other issues but please dont put your money here because youll most likely be taken advantage of with their procedures and blame you! Dont risk it!

I love this bank and all the people that work at it but in the almost 7 years Ive banked with them the atm has only been working a handful of times. Meaning if I need to use an atm I have to go somewhere else and pay a fee

You have a nice branch office and a great staff.
But, your drive-thru ATM is FILTHY!
You should check and clean it periodically out of professional courtesy for your patrons and customers.
Thank you for cleaning the ATM. IT looks so much better.
