We brought our own camping gear but you can rent whatever you need as well as stock up on drinks, food and ice. Really enjoyed this a lot

We went tubing on the Blackwater river. The canoe rental company portages you to the river and back to your car. Excellent time on the river. There are numerous sandbars beaches along the river. The sandbars attract a party crowd which was fine with me and made it a more lively trip. The worse thing I saw was a couple get into a verbal argument. I have been assured there are no alligators. The brown color of the water has to do with the minerals in the earth. I highly recommend.

A very fun trip, overall, the guy who helped us get our floats in was super nice and waited until we were in the river to leave us be. His name was Will (I think, I really hope, I'd feel bad if i forgot it already). He was also extremely attractive so, Will, if you're seeing this, hi.

We have gone here twice in the past month or so and both times the people at the canoe rental are very rude. They started charging for shuttling your own tubes and then claimed they've been that way since the beginning of the year, which was not true. Then proceeded to say that it was because of the president that we voted for even though we said nothing about the president or who we voted for. In June we paid $30 for 3 people and this past weekend we paid $34 for 2 people. How does that make any sense? The only good this is that the people who drive the busses are really nice and funny.
