        Very frustrating company to deal with. I was donating my car via Kars4Kids and apparently they use this as a tow company. Multiple delays and trips to the dealership where my car is located as they keep having issues locating my car even though its been sitting in the same spot for weeks now and the dealership is well aware. Then I was not given status updates regarding this issue and was hung up on when attempted to call. Multiple ignored emails as well. Finally I was given very specific instructions on what to do with the title and then this company randomly decides to require photographic proof (which no one cared to mention to me until I had to call again to follow up my original issue).
