They showed up at 6:30 AM without no notice to replace a roof that had fallen on me while I was in bed sleeping. When they got here they used my electricity had no generators to use of their own. One of the coworkers was hitting on me after I told him I was married I had to move my car out of their way when I was walking back up to my house he reached out and grabbed my hand without my approval made me feel very uncomfortable during the entire day. And after I made a complaint to the company nobody’s called me back on this concern. I recommend nobody using this company They are very rude and unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable the entire day they were here. Service: Roof installation

They never removed the lien on my home after completing the project. Took a month to get the information about the Warrenty.

I worked with Josh from. Patriot Roofing. They were quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest with their work and pricing. I would recommend them for any roofing needs or questions

Service after the sales with this company is awful !!! ..we had our roof replaced in 2016 and now our roof is leaking inside the garage. Because our roof is still under the "Workmanship Warranty" we tried reaching out to Josh numerous times but he would never return our calls. Because of the heavy rains at this point our sheetrock inside the garage has fallen down due to the leakage. We reached out one last time before we sought out repair companies and we finally reached him. He initially sent out Shawn to take a look at the roof and I was told they'll get it taken care of for us. Shawn didn't mention anything about a "Flashing" issue to us after evaluation. My husband and I waited a few days looking to hear back from them but we never did. Finally my husband called them back today and that's when Josh mentioned about the "Flashing" and it not being covered under the "Workmanship Warranty" but he would still come out and take a look. Well he did come out and concluded it was the "Flashing" and it will cost us $800 to repair. Our question to Josh was why would it cost us anything if for 1 he had replaced the "Flashings" with the new roof repair and 2 he's the roofer and it was his job to guarantee his work under our "Workmanship Warranty" !!..needless to say he got very rude with my husband and starting cursing at him being very unprofessional....we wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !! we feel like Josh/ Patriot Roofing have done us very very very wrong !! The Smith's Responding: Let me say this again.... I don't care if it was 0-5 years since my roof was replaced it was still under the " Workmans Warranty" which included those "FLASHINGS" per my contract !! the bottom line is we trusted you to do right by us after paying your company over $10,000 to place a BRAND NEW ROOF on our home...WHY you didn't replace those "FLASHINGS" is on you and NOT us sir !!!...as far as us calling you to let you know about the issue - let me be clear, we called you for months, sent text messages and left voice mails before you decided to pick up the phone on 10/26/20 and answer our call sir !!...and ...per your response to the issue now what would it have mattered if I reached out to you 0-5 years, according to you this issue still would have been on us and not you, am I correct ??...as far as my husband is concerned Josh, he never got rude while speaking to you, he just kept it real with you and you couldn't handle that..he never cursed at you or raised his voice at you sir !! ...AND thanks for mentioning those referrals where is our $$$ for those referrals that YOU told my husband he would receive ??? ... PLUS.. all those came before our issues and STOPPED once you didn't for fill your end of the agreement contractually as well monetarily (you're real stand up guy) !! ...and here again per your responses to your other reviews you're still making EXCUSES instead of taking OWNERSHIP, just proofs to me how unprofessional you are !!! Just know, until you do right by my family this isn't over !!!!! Service: Roof installation
