I went to the Loch Rane office to do a walk in assessment. I need counseling because I am suffering from SEVERE depression. And after 2 hours of not being able to use the bathroom, (because they wanted a drug test) and filling out a lengthy assessment on a tablet that did not record my answers and having to do the hour long assessment all over again, I just walked out. I do not think good about this place at all. I just need to talk to someone badly This office never made that possible.

Have been going here for services since I was 11 years old. Some therapist may not be a right fit for you but if you do ask they will find more suitable therapist for you. Never had a issue with a psychiatrist, my first one was doctor Hassan who sadly had to relocate. She was excellent and my other psychiatrist Dr. F is phenomenal. People have to keep in mind yes they are their to help you but everyone can have bad days so don't judge them on that. It's a part of life.

I began receiving services from Clay Behavioral last fall for the treatment of my bipolar I disorder in the wake of an insurance lapse. The therapist I met with was superb. Unfortunately I needed continuity of care in the way of prescriptions as well and learned late in the game CBHC professionals try not to prescribe lithium, which is a cornerstone of my medicinal regimen. I've enjoyed a couple of years of stability on lithium and am now looking for resources elsewhere. Edit: Also, the office staff I interacted with were always helpful.

Med management here mixes medications unsafely, and ups doses on scripts that aren't working until they make you sick. Then they act like they don't know what made you sick. Ended up in the hospital twice because of them. If you are a parent of a kid going here PLEASE look up interactions for any medications they are prescribed. The therapists in their system are actively harmful. They are not trauma informed, disrespect the limits of their patients' physical and developmental disabilities, and when their bad practices don't work, they blame the patient.

Find somewhere other than clay behavioral. Worst staff ever and not helpful or polite at all . The pharmacy will leave you waiting on your prescription for hours after they got it . While they inform you they are working on your prescription the pharmacist instead likes to play in the park lot having useless conversations and b.s ing. I would have left 0 star rating if I was able. They are nothing more then a money hole cause that's all they care about
