Dan the owner seemed like a really cool guy so we were excited thinking we’d found a great company. Initially we needed a lawn clean up so we paid extra for them to remove weeds and two unwanted plants. Our first sign things would go down hill was he’d only gotten rid of part of what we’d agreed on and said he’d bring a saw the next time around to finish and never did. We paid monthly for them to come every 2 weeks and eventually it became longer and longer in between visits to where last month they came in the first week of the month and didn’t return until we texted the 1st of this month asking for a refund for the second service. They came on the 10th (somehow broke our lights we’d removed and laid on the patio prior to their visit so they wouldn’t have to worry about touching them, but we let it go as they weren’t expensive) but and again we had to text and ask about services and they finally came again today 18 days later. Our breaking point was they broke our fence today and said nothing. We went out to lock the gate before we let our dogs into the yard and the entire plank was laying against the side of our house. When we texted asking him to either fix it or pay for it he tried to lie and say it was already like that. Having two dogs we let out into the yard multiple times a day including this morning on top of the fact that we had to unlock the gate to let them in to even cut our grass in the backyard it just wasn’t possible and a very sad attempt at dodging blame. After we said this he then said he’d Fix the gate, which he did, and then proceeded to ask us to find another lawn service because he is under staffed and too busy to service us twice a month. Thankfully a few days ago we requested services with another company so he’d saved us from having to cancel with him. The work his company did was fine as it was just mowing and edging. But the professionalism regarding property damage and letting clients know when they won’t receive services on time was nonexistent. I guess make sure to take pictures of your things before they come so he won’t be able to/try to lie. Services: Lawn mowing/maintenance, Garden tidy-up, Weed control
