KBM is currently working on their third house on my property. Their first was a home for my wife and I and I found them to be very professional and customer oriented. I spent a lot of time reviewing different builders and how they constructed their houses. I personally visited scores of houses built by KBM and several of their competitors. I reviewed their insurance and lien holder process. I found their quote to be about in the middle from their competitors. I selected them after this due diligence process and glad I did. They took changes I wanted to make during construction in stride and there were no surprises. I would use them again and I recommend them.

We are very pleased with our house and the quality of work we received by choosing KBM to build our house. We had our fair share of challenges due to building right in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 but KBM worked well through it to keep everything moving in the direction to get the house completed. Availability of items and price inflation became issues during our construction due to the pandemic however KBM made efforts to work with us to make sure we would be pleased in the end. Our superintendent Al was great to work directly with throughout the process as well as KBM's entire team. We used KBM to design house plans from scratch based off us meeting together and creating a wish list. We had KBM make some small changes to the plans they designed then moved forward with the building process. The timeline they gave us for completion of our house was met in the end. We moved into our new house in November 2020 and overall we are very pleased with our decision to use KBM for our new house and would be happy to give our recommendation to KBM for anyone looking for a builder!

KBM Builders made our dream house come true.
We had a great experience with them. From designing the house base on our wish list, to keep us on budget along the way. If there was something we wanted out of our budget, they were quick to point it out and they would offer alternatives for it. They were also quick on addressing our concerns if something arise, and fixing what we thought it needed to be fix.
They did a wonderful job. It was a really smooth process once construction started, and we couldn't be happier with the result, the house is a perfect fit for our family. It's been 3 years since we moved in, and we haven't have any issues. We love our house! We are truly happy and highly recommend them Services: Custom home design, Home building

Real Estate Agents be warned... run far far away from this builder. They will steal your commission and take advantage of your client.
Builder owes several thousands in commission that they refuse to pay out.
Builder missed every deadline THEY set for themselves.
Do not trust this builder.

My review is directed at KBM builders NOT KB Builders.
KENNY with KBM builders is very dishonest and has refused to pay multiple realtors a 'referral' fee. Kenny is located in the office to the LEFT of Watson Realty Middleburg.
There is a reason Watson Realty no longer refers customers to their 'neighbor' and go with Wiggins instead.

KBM doesn't hide costs, they just steal your customers, and cant hit a deadline if it was 10 years out.
