Scarlett Chang is the best! She is beyond any teacher I have come across. She is eloquent and philosophical in the way she moves your body through space. Scarlett's class is transcendent! My favorite nights of my week are spent in her class!

These people have no respect. They are nothing more than a business trying to extract money. Their customers are nothing but an ATM and marketing target to them. I went only once and they still send me junk mail years later, no matter how many times I try to unsubscribe. This may seem like a small thing. But to me, it really speaks to their lack of "ethical" business practices and integrity. Edit to reply: Believe me when I say I have been "unsubscribing" at least once every few months as it clearly states in the original review, this is why I say there is a lack of respect, you didn't even read correctly before responding. Not hate at all, just my opinion based on experience, which is what a review is. It doesn't matter if I went once (for good reasons) or 1,000 times. If I unsubscribe, I should not continue to receive spam forever. I am writing this from another account which is why its not in your "system".

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I cancelled my membership 30 days in advance via email, as I was instructed to do, and I was still charged for a second month. I spoke to the studio MULTIPLE times via email and phone call to get my money back, was always met with different excuses, and the issue was never addressed. The final time I spoke to the owner, I was told that there was no way I could get my money back, despite having followed specific directions for cancellation. I was met with severe attitude and she was completely unwilling to uphold the cancellation, despite acknowledging the original date of my cancellation email. This business is run awfully and refuses to honor their own policies. If I could give them zero stars I would.
