KING OF SPARKLERS

Received my 2nd order of Bulk Sparklers and at least 25% did not work. I've contacted them twice via phone call and one email to the owner. They have not responded all week to my calls to discuss some type of refund due for their defective product. I DO NOT Recommend this company, customer service is terrible! -Matt (Dallas, TX)

Told me I could return my non opened box of sparklers last week and then when I called today to confirm they told me I could not return them. Please do not support a company who is not consistent with their policy nor take care of their customers. Find sparklers elsewhere!

I've ordered specific "cake sparklers" (plain gold or silver as I use these for different events) from this company multiple times. All was great. I ordered the same product again and received nothing like I've ever gotten. Wrapper has happy birthday all over it. I'm sure the bride will love them. AlsoI scanned the back of the box bar code and it brings you to shoes. I called them and the representative confirmed that they are in fact not the ones I ordered and it's because it was out of stock I told the rep that you can't just change the item because you don't have them in stock. Her response was "right"... soo I said can I get the ones I ordered?? Yes once I send them back and once they have them I can wait another week to get them again, past the wedding date.
