words cannot describe my gratitude when it comes to Jessica! She is literally the fairy godmother of weddings lol. 6 months pre wedding i had to go my separate ways with the planner I originally hired- i was an out of state bride and she wasnt doing her part. After talking to my friend who just went to a wedding Jessica had planned she strongly recommend her and i got on the phone w jessica the next day! I hired her 6 months before my wedding date and when i say she was on it, she was. Within the first day she communicated with ALL my vendors and made sure everyone was on same page, recommended & got me quotes with vendors i still needed, within a few days visited my venue, fixed the mistakes that were made (ex. i told the make up artist the wrong time), and within a week had a vision / design board for me. We had several phone calls and emails throughout the whole process (which i miss! lol) and she always made sure I got what I wanted and made amazing recommendations. She took all the stress away from me and made my wedding weekend so perfect. Morning of my wedding she was prompt and didnt leave my side and when she did she left me with one of her amazing assistants who was just as on point as her. The benefits of having Jessica work with my venue and vendors is she communicated with them all for me (less emails for me) and helped with getting pricing to stick to my budget with either having previous relationships with the vendors or recommending other options that were just as good.I dont speak up a lot when I should, for example, if i wasnt loving something. I would tell Jessica who would change it for me, communicate for me and negotiate with everyone. I had so many small details jessica helped me with such as - sketches for each guest on their custom menu, the custom ice sculptures we had, the whole room design, the little krispy kreme and chic fil a bags i had for late night snacks & the custom cigar roller we had. I also hired Jessica to help me with my welcome party the night before, since most of my guest were from out of town. All her insights and knowledge helped amazingly. From the florals, food, entertainment & cocktails. My guest loved everything. Jessica made my wedding weekend so magical and special. My husband who is barely speechless was, and couldnt believe how everything turned out. we both cant recommend her enough and im so grateful she came into my life!

Honestly hiring Jessica was the most important decision and BEST decision we made planning our wedding! She 100% made our vision come to life and it was a dream to work with her. She was so professional and extremely organized and responsive. We live in TX and had our wedding in Miami so we had to travel out a few times for planning meetings. These trips really made wedding planning special for us and Jessica was so accommodating on all our visits and made sure all the appointments went smoothly. We 100% recommend hiring Jessica as your wedding planner! Jessica was able to help us with so many vendor recommendations - hair/makeup, photographer, bridal valet just to name a few! The wedding weekend was perfect and not stressful at all because of Jessica. we seriously cannot imagine planning or executing our wedding without her! The week before the wedding I posted a few pictures on my wedding etsy board I had shared with Jessica - MOMENTS after I posted the picture of a welcome sign Jessica texted me and asked if I wanted to include and she mad it happen! She could not be more on point! The most memorable part of our wedding day was getting to see the ballroom reveal with just me and my husband - we were speechless! and Jessica made sure we didnt miss out on that experience! Overall Jessica is amazing and we honestly miss working with her!

If youre on the fence about hiring JGEventi - Stop right now & HIRE HER! If youre like me or most brides, you might have a general idea of what goes into planning a wedding OR so you think. One of my best investments I made in my wedding was hiring Jessica. She made budgets, timelines, recommendations, contacted vendors, and went to our engagement shoot in the sweltering heat outside and took behind the scenes photos and assisted me. She went to my dress fitting and literally filmed every dress I tried on a special moment I can look back on! Shes documented and took pictures at every vendor visit - She has spent HOURS on the phone with me, she sent me emails every day, kept me updated on every correspondence, she met me at every site visit with her big binder with all my information, all my vendors, basically my whole wedding in a binder! I was so impressed, her organization was incredible. After a visit, we would sit and talk and she would take the time to see how I was doing and made sure I was getting everything I had envisioned for my wedding. All the correspondence between vendors, she handles, which was very helpful. Having her there with you is like having a lawyer, she will speak up when she needs to & she has your BEST interest at heart! Even having her in your corner to just ask questions, ask advice, etiquette concerns, whatever you need with her expertise is an investment in itself. Shes fighting for you, she wants you to have the best day of your life!Leading up to the wedding day, correspondence really starts to pick up, things are getting set in stone, final decisions need to be made, and she made everything so seamless. Shes that amazing, that I even paid for her extra services for my Rehearsal Dinner. On wedding day, she has a team that comes in and assists in making sure all is going according to plan. They were awesome, super helpful, whatever I needed, they were there. Wedding day is like Super Bowl for Jessica, this is what all her hard work has led up to & she makes sure its going to be perfect. She was here, there, & everywhere, I dont think she stopped once, but she wasnt overwhelmed, she knew exactly what needed to be done! If anything went wrong, I didnt know. To me, I had the perfect day. I was relaxed, I didn't have a worry, Jessica handled every last thing. I had the best day of my life. I call Jessica, my fairy god mother, because to me thats what she is! In our many conversations we had, in a moment of stress I often said, is this going to be worth it? maybe I shouldve eloped, and she would always say, It may not seem like it right now, but its going to be worth it! & I can honestly say it was 100% worth it! Jessica is always right, shes 10 steps ahead of you, if youve thought of it - that means she has about a month ago & already has an answer. Shes so genuine, sweet, compassionate, professional, and hardworking. This isnt just a job for her, this is her passion, her blood sweat & tears goes into this, you hire her she will go above and beyond for you. Shes there for you, she listens to you, shes what you need on the biggest day of your life. Jessica will always have a special place in my heart, I am forever grateful and appreciative of all her handwork. I would rehire her again in a heart beat for another event!

I highly recommend JG Eventi to plan your wedding. Jessica and her team did a flawless job. I cannot stress enough how grateful we are that we hired Jessica. From day one Jessica understood our vision for our wedding day and worked tirelessly to execute it. I did not know how much we needed a wedding planner until we had Jessica on board. We were planning a destination wedding, which added a layer of difficulty for us. Jessica matched us with the perfect vendors for our event. We knew we could trust the vendors because she has a high standard for excellence. Jessica helped us think through and decide on all the details for our wedding day that we never even would have considered. She provided us with options and recommendations from her many years of experience planning weddings, but ultimately was thrilled to execute anything we desired. There were so many beautiful details at our wedding that friends and family commented on how well thought through they wereand those were all Jessicas recommendations. On the day of the wedding, Jessica and her team were vital to the days success. We knew we had communicated all our desires prior to the day, and trusted that Jessica would make them happen. When inevitably some things could not go exactly according to plan, Jessica handled it without us even needing to be aware. We were truly present on our wedding day and not stressed at all because of all that Jessica and her team did.

I wish there were enough words to express how amazing Jess and team were to work with for my daughters recent wedding. My daughters dream was a destination wedding in Florida, and we live in Texas. From her first conversation with Jess she felt seen and heard and her vision appreciated. So many decisions and countless details needed to be considered and many we would never have thought of without the expertise of Jess. Fast forward to wedding weekend, Mothers, hear me, YOU NEED A JESS FOR WEDDING WEEKEND! We were able to relax and enjoy our family and guests while she and her team coordinated every vendor and detail so that all we had to do was show up and enjoy. She was available to us from beginning to end, ensuring that we didnt miss one special moment. She encouraged us to relax and revel in the moment and provided confidence that everything was under controland she wasnt kidding. It was a perfect weekend, the details that Jess suggested, like a wedding valet day of to steam all the gowns and make sure all of the wedding party were ready to go, were perfect and timely and took all the stress off my daughter and myself. I cant imagine how the day would have been if I had to coordinate with the vendors and ensure all was going well, there would have been no time for the important things, like loving on my daughter and new son in law, dancing with my husband and friends, and enjoying the beautiful location and people who were there to celebrate. Dont hesitate if you are considering Jess and teamDO IT!!
