If I could rate Posh Title Services lower than 1 star, I would. The sole star is for managing to pull off the closing. However, the journey to that point was a rough ride. As the seller, our experience with their communication left much to be desired. Throughout the transaction, both my coordinator and I were left in the dark, grasping for information.What irked us most was finding out a mere week before closing that Posh Title hadn't managed to reach the Home Owners Association. This is crucial information that should have surfaced weeks earlier, not as a last-minute bombshell. We could have taken steps to address this if we'd known earlier. Despite scrambling, we managed to close with an estoppel holdback. But the lack of clarity about the process and the holdback was nerve-wracking.The perplexing part was how the buyer's agent could communicate with Terrisita while I struggled to get through. It's baffling and frustrating. While I appreciate Teresita's ability to close the deal without the estoppel, the overall communication was deeply disappointing and needlessly stressful for the seller.Fast forward to today—December 28th, and our closing was on December 7th. Astonishingly, my seller is still awaiting the holdback amount and closing documents. Even my transaction coordinator hasn't been compensated yet. The only updates we've received are vague mentions of pending estoppel and assumptions that the seller should have received the documents. Clearly, something has gone awry, and perhaps a resend is in order, but no proactive steps are being taken.To add to the dismay, the title company is currently out of office until January 2nd. This only adds to the mounting frustration of unresolved issues and unanswered queries, prolonging the already stretched-out process.This experience has been utterly frustrating and I cannot, in good faith, recommend this title company to anyone.

Teresa has been the best title agent I have worked with and for many years she has helped my clients both Sellers and Buyers with all title services. Every transaction she attends to with care and is detail oriented she delivers and will see it through all the way to closing. Grateful for her services and I will continue to refer her business.

I have worked many years with Posh Title Service and it has always been a great pleasure. They are so helpful Polite and go the extra mile with all of my clients . I would recommend this title company for their excellent service and professionalism.
