The Floor Clinic

I had used another contractor for a bathroom remodel. I contacted the floor clinic because the shower floor was done improperly. There was standing water in 90% of the shower floor. My previous contractor did not respond to any of my calls. I contacted the floor clinic and Jessica responded almost immediately with an email and a follow-up telephone call. Gio spent approximately 20 to 22 hours repairing the damage that was done by another contractor. Upon completion I had a beautifully installed shower floor which drained properly. Jessica and Gio were an absolute pleasure to work with!! They gave me a quote the same day and were able to come out early next morning to perform the job. We had just moved into a new apartment and a few of our porcelain tiles were broken in our closet so we needed someone to replace them with new tiles. Gio even fixed up some grout in our bathroom free of charge because it was bothering him x) Great customer service...will definitely be going to them in the future if we need work done in the future
