Estuve esperando más de 40 minutos por una mesa q pedí q limpiaran y no lo hicieron Felizmente cuando me dieron la mesa estuve esperando 30 minutos porque me fueran atender y me imagino q si me hubiera quedado ahí aun estuviera esperando. Estando ahí llevaron la comida para una mesa y la carne olía como quemadas Verdaderamente terrible q lastima q una excelente cadena de restaurantes este en tal decadencia

I walked into this Chili’s yesterday afternoon with my toddler and there was no greeter at the entrance booth. There was no one waiting when we arrived, the restaurant was not busy but yet I waited and stood between 5 to 10 minutes at the entrance to be seated because I was not acknowledged when I came into the restaurant. I was ignored by the waiting staff that Looked at me directly as I was standing there to be seated and said nothing to me. Just stared and continued serving the few dining costumers already eating. Also When I first walked in there was a female employee interviewing someone in the first table to the left right next to the entrance and saw me walking in, saw me standing there, stared at me and did nothing to help me out! It wasn’t until I got upset because my toddler started getting restless that I said out loud I was going to leave, that’s when the lady That was interviewing the other person stood up and Asked me to follow her with menus to a table …as I’m saying this is the type of service that makes you wanna walk out! Which… indeed I ended up walking out because I was so annoyed that I most Definitely would not have enjoyed eating my food. I definitely will not be coming back here ever again. 🚮
