It felt surreal to do all my car purchase online from home! Tesla has disrupted the way you shop for a car and the customer experience was great to say the least! We recently got our beautiful Model Y delivered and big part of that was thanks to the incredible assistance of Daniel Plantada at Tesla Dadeland, Miami. I would highly recommend asking for him due to the outstanding knowledge and patience he has with his customers. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions (that were a LOT), Daniel has been nothing but exceptional! I am looking forward to recommending my friends and family to him. Daniel, keep up the good work and looking forward to see you as a Manager next time when I get my second Tesla with you!

It’s been a month since I got my Tesla and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve read horror stories about how the service advisors go missing and you never hear from them after placing your order. Daniel P did the complete opposite. Every time I sent him a message he answered even on the days I knew he was off! Thanks again for exceeding the expectations.
