        Two main issues. Employees didn't know that I had to pay first before signing off on my tax return and I ended up spending over 30 minutes just trying to figure out why I couldn't just sign off on my documentation. Secondly, my tax pro had almost completely forgotten that I had mentioned my failure to receive the stimulus check for this tax year and almost had me miss out on over a thousand dollars until I asked why the return was so noticeably low. I had uploaded my documents almost 2 weeks in advance and one of the documents had to be completely redone and took 2 hours to complete. One of the worst filing experiences I've ever had.
