Don't waste your time with this company. You'll  be lucky if they even call you back. They did my taxes in 2018 and 2019 and I had to make a lot of phone calls to get the paperwork finished.  In 2021 I sent them my tax information for 2020.  After many emails and phone calls they never did do my 2020 taxes. I had to hire another accountant.  Worst of all they made mistakes in my 2018 taxes and I ended up owing the IRS more money. They did nothing to help me.

Where do I start. We reached out to Landa and Associates in October of 2020. The owner, Beatriz Landa personally attended us and assured us that they were experts when it came to QSR's. We paid the firm to set up and run three different QSR's. We incurred costs to set up each restaurant and to host our data in a hosting co. she suggested. Very long story short, they have gone silent. We are on the verge of opening our restaurants and the firm has gone silent for months. All we get is a "we will get back to you", when we ask for our data and our books. We are also asking for a refund of $3,750, which is what we paid , and of course, we hear nothing. Now we have had to incur attorney's costs in order to get our data and our money. I'm very mad at the situation but also relieved that this didn't happen with three operating restaurants. It would have been an even worse nightmare. Stay away from this firm! I have dealt with irresponsible vendors, but this one takes the cake. By the way, still waiting for our money and our books and it's 4/20/21.
