The Tax Team

I went to The Tax Team last year and the price wasn't so bad. This year I went again and they charged me $ 450.00 for the same thing I did last year. They tell you that you can get an advance but what they didn't tell me was that I would be charged another $100.00 when I go to pick up the rest of my refund. The lady who helped me was nice, but of course she didn't say anything to me ... Anyways I will never EVER EVER EVER go back to The RIP-OFF Team. Turbo Tax all the way!!!! ...... and patience. But its worth saving $550.00 instead of allowing these CROOKS to take advantage.

I really enjoyed the professional and clean environment. I was seeing by a tax preparer right away and they guided me through everything. I felt secured that my informational was safe and my tax preparer provided me with additional help with questions I had. I will be coming back here for sure. They know what they are doing and go above to help people.

I did my tax declaration with them last year. I was promised a refund after a few months. A couple of months later, I called the agent and she told me that I needed to wait more. Last month I checked the status of my refund at the IRS website, just to find out that I owed almost $2000 to the IRS. I've tried to contact the agent ever since with no success, so I ended up paying my debt. I wonder if they ever filed me declaration. Horrible experience.
