We ordered a plate of sashimi and a dragon roll, they brought out the sashimi first and we waited MORE THAN 30 minutes for the dragon roll before getting up and walking out. The staff didn't even apologize. Edit: I cannot reply to the manager below but I did as he said and of course no contact back. Not that I would eat there again anyways. Too bad we can't give negative stars

Walked in for a Boba tea and either the carpet or garbage can which was right next to the host ordering area smelled terrible. The carpet looked filthy but the smell was so bad it could have been the garbage can. I made a comment while ordering and the guy just said yea whatever. I'm thankful I didn't order food because that's not the cleanliness you want from a restaurant.

Sushi Maki Kendall has been my go-to sushi in the area, but lately their sushi quality has gone down. The kind staff is the reason i am giving 3 stars instead of 1. Since they stopped putting the food in the paper bag sideways, all my sushi with toppings have gone to the lid. The friends JB Tempura has been soft with a salmon having a weird dark brown color. And if you ask boba for takeout, 9/10 times the ice will be melted by the time you get to the restaurant. It makes me sad that I have to go to another restaurant for sushi but honestly thats the only option now.
