I went to Sky n Sea spa on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 1 PM which was my scheduled appointment time. I showed up my happy usual self and punctual. I was approached by the owner employee, she’s a Spanish lady that have dark hair. She told me, “no your appointment was at 11AM and I’m not going to see you until 2 PM.” I told her that it’s not true that the scheduler told me 1 PM, my appointment time and I confirmed with the scheduler 3 times, wrote it down verbatim. She told me that it’s not true and that I need to wait until 2 PM if I want the service. I never go to the dark haired Spanish employee. I always had my appointments with the owner that is another Spanish lady, Cuban I believe, she have blonde hair and wear glasses. I left my name and number for the owner to call me back, she NEVER did. I called her, the owner, that have blonde hair and wear glasses. I explained what happened and wanted a refund. She told me that she’s not giving me my money back, she constantly tried to interrupt me while I’m in the middle of speaking. They are rude and unprofessional. The owner ALWAYS and CONTINUOUSLY asked me for monetary tips, she told me all about her daughter, talked to me about her financial woes, how expensive everything is, have stress lines on her face and look sad, talked to me about her having to relocate twice in the same building renting out a room at others office because she cannot afford anything, (I NEVER gave monetary tips)etc. I now understand why her business is suffering because she is unprofessional and doesn’t care about how her employee treated me and what her employee said to me, how her scheduler made the mistake and nothing was done to correct it. I informed the owner that I wouldn’t be returning and she still didn’t try and correct their wrong. I do not recommend going there.
