When you go to a restaurant, out of all the things that go on in the experience, normally you will only commit to memory one, that could be the food, the service, the price, the atmosphere, the place/experience, etc.. and normally this one is the most relevant or whether it was good or bad .
In the case of tapas and Tintos I have to say I remember my visit there quite in detail not been able to choose which one to 'remember' for ever.
Very hard to choose what was the worst of the night, when everything was terrible. Let's see, the food, ZERO, if there was a 'spaniard food police' this would be a crime punishable with life in prison. Worst 'attempt to try' I have ever seen in my life. The service, that one is easy, you can not evaluate what you do not get, so another zero; price, well in this case they are good, really good, oh wait been high in price is bad when the quality does not go with it.
Overall, a place to avoid, as a matter of fact, if you happen to walk on that side of the road, change sidewalks ..
THAT BAD.
