        Carlos Valencia is not a good person at all. Not only is he cheap, wastes a lot of time to do regular work. Also is a thief, I could have taken legal action however I have better ways to spend my time. Away from here. Not a good combo Carlos. I believe he works for the offices, not even sure why. Good luck.
