        Great way to build confidence. The Instructor Frank was very knowledgeable and patient with me . I totally recommend it to anybody that is looking to get a workout and learn self-defense. Ive already done three classes and cant wait to do another one.

        Ive trained extensively in martial arts and firearms for a while, and this facility is by far one of best Ive ever been to. I got some awesome new techniques that took my skillset to the next level. It was clean, but it still had that gritty feeling of a place where you were about to get that work in. If you looking to take your training to the next level, whether beginner or advanced, I highly recommend!
