SUBWAY

This subway service is one of the worst. Also they dont care about their customer. I honestly dont know why they still open. Hours say 7am-10pm Ive been here waiting since 8:40 and their employees inside blatantly ignoring my presence at the door.

This Subway location on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami is a well managed Subway that is a great place to go for well made sandwiches. The staff here is very efficient at getting everything prepared and does a good job. They have been a consistent stop when you are hungry and need quality food.

An employee (Gregorio Louis) was let go because he was having withdrawals on the line. Shaking alot. His hands were shaking uncontrollably. Mumbling to himself. Customers were complaining about him. Alot. ALL the employees felt uncomfortable around him. He's very bitter and belligerent. He's in his 30's and hasn't been able to keep a job over a week. Sorry but he's not very reliable. Even with all the employees who are there and have gone we have a good team. We aren't a rehab or Dr. Phil. How many chances should we give before we let go someone like that.

My experience at Subway‘s was not at all a pleasant one I was hired and fired almost in the same week reason being almost like any new job you have to how do you say grow a custom but at the same time when you have an skilled and disrespectful management such as a manager named Judy at this location I was not given a fair opportunity I came with personal issues and she did not accommodate me well at all I would like everyone to look at my review and for yourself take the opportunity to be around or work with this individual I feel if this location wants to grow Or this company they would not hire people like Judy especially for assistant manager it takes a certain personality which I don’t think she possesses but may you all go and enjoy the other wonderful personalities that are there the team I work with was wonderful besides what I statedThank you very much and may we all eat fresh
