    Obligated to put atleast 1 Star- it deserves zero stars honestly. By far the worst experience I've ever had and to top it off on my birthday. I picked Morton's because I'm a fan on the Coral Gables location, been many times and enjoyed their food, drinks and service. I decided to go to the Brickell location with my family and friends (party of 12) because they said they could accommodate and we were planning on staying in the area after for drinks at a near by lounge... what a mistake that was!!! I'm honestly still shocked by the experience. First off the waiter in no way could handle a table of 12. Took our drink orders in pieces and Never offered another drink once glasses were empty. Fine no worries drinks aside let's talk about food. Waited roughly an hour for our steaks and side dishes. Appetizers arrived with the meals, my friends' lobster bisque never made it. My mom ordered shrimp with her steak- she got lobster. Not a big deal if the lobster was properly cooked. It was chewy and uncooked. Not just my moms but everyone who got the "special" has chewy uncooked lobster. Now let's move on to the highlight of the meals... it is a well known steakhouse right ?! Well how do you feel if your over $50 Filet Mignon was cold ? My favorite part about Morton's (not this one obviously) is their upgrade of blue cheese butter. Didn't get any even though the whole table ordered the upgrade ($5 each). The waiter proceeded to bring up cold crumbles blue cheese. Imagine how cold our steaks were the blue cheese wouldn't even melt on the steak ! At this point I looked around and everyone in the table was frustrated with their meals. I asked my friend to please speak to the manager because I felt it was unacceptable to receive cold steaks and uncooked lobster at a restaurant of this caliber. Well speaking to the manager was probably worst then receiving a cold meal. He has the audacity to blame us because we arrived to our reservation late and he was just trying to "accommodate" us. How is receiving cold Filet Mignon accommodating us for our lateness ? Did they predict our whole order and had it on standby ?! Very confused. Not willing to let him mock us we continued to address our concerns about the food, the service, etc. The manager then asked it we were sure the lobster was uncooked... as if we were lying. That is no way to treat people paying this much money for dinner. We then came up to me and offed to reheat my steak!!!! Not if we would like new meals no- REHEAT FILET MIGNON AT MORTON'S. It completely ruined my night. I wanted a low key birthday just dinner with my family and close friends and had to go through this. Left without eating and extremely upset. Even more arrogated with the way the manager treated us. I should of read the reviews as apparently this is a common issue at this location, I was just so content with the gables location I figured all Morton's had the same high quality of food and service. Very wrong
