        02/01/2024 Ever since they put on that new GM this place is horrible. I would come here almost on a daily basis and never had any issues with the former crew. That lady cant get anything right. I have to repeat my order several times and I still get my food wrong. I ask her for hot coffee and she gives ice cold coffee, that in reality is more creamer than actual coffee because she cant even get that right. This lady has absolutely ruined this Burger King, I wish I knew her name so I could put it in this review. She always has a horrible attitude and if she ask her sauce or something, more than likely shell just tell you they dont have any. Horrible horrible horrible service from this lady thats supposed to be a GM! This is supposed to be a bacon junior burrito and this is what I get. Absolutely horrible!!!! I dont know how many times I repeated the same thing and then on top of that it doesnt even look appetizing. It looks like it was just thrown together. This place needs better employees and better management!!!!
