      image Nurses are extremely rude on the phone. They just answer your questions quickly to get you off the phone. Called to speak to a resident and they said they weren’t living there which they didn’t even bother to confirm with a birthdate. I say are you sure because they should be they say okay let me check?! Why didn’t you check in the first place ?! You need to be better about the people you put to answer phones.
