Rod was great to work with. He made changes as they were needed, and made them quickly. He also answered emails and phone calls, something most agents have a hard time doing in a timely manner. As a local real estate broker with 17 years experience, I would highly recommend this service to anyone wishing to sell their home. The only downside to this service is you will be inundated with calls and emails from brokers and prospective buyers. This is an issue with any flat fee service. I highly recommend this service.
