The leasing office has been nothing but helpful from start to finish. I have lived here for 2 years and appreciate the benefits of being in a rental building, including repairs/apartment fixes, and staff around the clock! Justin has always been available to answer any of my questions and ensure that we are happy while living here! If you need an apartment to rent, ask Justin! He will find what works for you same day.

Imagine coming home from work only to find two floors of the building severely flooded inside and outside the apartment. My shoes soaked in who knows what type of water trying to get to the other side of the hallway. The main office closed and no email/call to alert us of the situation. There is water damage inside of the apartment due to the water. Its currently 9pm and yet still no email/update from management. Seems like this building is no longer safe. I wouldnt be surprised if there is a mold issue in the future.
Update: 4/4/24 Sadly another pipe burst on the lower floors earlier this week and a water issue on the lower garage level. If only others would speak out without fear of retaliation. Turns out the Peruvian restaurant below has been having water issues too with maintenance ignoring the problem according to the workers there.
Update: 3/28/24 Turns out floors 21, 22, 23 and 24 were affected with this flooding. Now they have added these high powered fans/humidifier outside and inside the apartments to run 24/7. No mention of who is paying for the increased FPL bill. The fans inside the apartment are so loud that you can not sleep. Since 3/26/24 they have had workers come in unannounced with no 24hr warning breaking Florida statute 85.53. Once again that fake 5 star review is showing photos from a different apartment.
Update: 3/26/24 Took them until 10:30 PM (other residents advised me this started at 6 PM) to somewhat acknowledge the issue with the email below (floors affected are 24 and 23) possible more. Staff at the leasing office dont want to give out anymore information and are keeping quiet. They are trying to burry this review by adding fake 5 star reviews:
-We want to inform you that we recently experienced a pipe burst on one of the floors in the building. As a precautionary measure, we kindly request that if you notice any water leaks or other water-related problems in your unit, please notify the office or our concierge team immediately.-
They are adding loud fans into everyones apartment to try and prevent mold from happening. According to the workers they believe the inside walls have suffered water damage and havent yet determined how many more floors are affected due to no current visible damage.

Moving to Midtown 5 has been one of the most transformative experience in my journey.
The location, the apartment the amenities, (don't forget trader joe's and Italica right across and around the corner) have a certain peace to it. (walking distance to Wynwood and Design Districts).
Midtown is really its own community. You have families, artist, young worker and much more. The energy around the area and in the building is diverse, peaceful and electric.
I toured Midtown 5 and fell in love right away...to the point that I didn't even visit the apartment I am currently living in. I was hooked by the way I was feeling as soon as I step in the building.
Thanks to Justin for being one of the most honest, direct and caring person I have ever met. He guided me in picking my APT and there nothing but blessings that have came from it.
I am also very thankful for Gaby for always taking care of the things we need on the daily basis a true angel in disguised (the smile says it all).
Thank you as well to Fernando for being very understanding of all the things we need to figure out things that come out of the blue.
Honestly move to Midtown 5 if you want to have a place you want to call home and a community full of light and colors.
