Esta es una Compania de paeimo servicio. El apartamento que tenie en renta, el dueno le entrego la administracion a Blue Star Realty Services. pero considero que fue lo peor que hubo haber echo.. Al momento de entrega del apartamento, no sabian como quitar el deposito que me pertenecia.. los argumentos no validos y sin soporte los considero una falta de respeto. si tu llegares a rentar un apto que este administrado por esta empresa, debes de cuidarte de: Lavar bien y dejar los cifones o bajantes del bano bien lavados por que esto cuesta $150 o debes revisarlos y tomar foto antes de recibir el inmueble. tambien debes tomar 1000 fotos dejuntas, apliques, baneras etc por que aunque trates de discutir a tu favor el senor Jose Cortesi, tratara de dejarte son Deposito.. Si el dia de manana tienes un dano, espera meses entas de que te den respuesta de arreglo.. Si tienes servisios publicos como agua o Luz trata de hacer lo que siempre hago yo y es depositar $50 dolares mas por que Blue Star te aplica una retencion sobre los recibos.. Sin recibicer que los servicios estan bajo tu social y tu nombre, pero ellos buscan retener el rmdeoosito de alguna Forma. Y si te citan por alguna razon creeme que la falta de respeto a tu tiempo no les importa.. Tres ocasiones me pusieron cita para inspeccion del apto y nunca llegaron y e dia de entrega, te toca llegar con guantee por que sino sales con disgusto y sin tu depoaito.. La MLS de Miaki Dade deberia inspecionar estebtipod e entiades y recertificar o poner calificaciones re riesgo a este tipo de entidades sin nada de servicio

Horrible customer service. They don’t care about their tenants. Bad realtors for example Dianelys from blustar. She sold me a apartment knowing the a/c wasent working. A/c wasent working first day I moved in, and she was rushing me to make the deposit on the apt. That’s exactly why she rushed me. I’ve called bluestar to make a complaint about my a/c over 10 times I only been living there for 3 months that’s so sad. Don’t get tricked by these scam artist

Dealing with management is never easy but Blue Star really takes the cake. Lack of empathy and professionalism. Take your business elsewhere.
