I want to thank this great team that works hard in these times of the Pandemic offering an excellent, very professional and high quality service. In these difficult moments it is time to give thanks, to give thanks for the services they are providing, not to criticize or damage the prestige of a group that helps those in need, a great cordial and friendly group. All Drs are professionals and graduates of the University of Medicine. For those who criticize the PA and APRN, they are all professionals and due respect. The PA of this group is not a medical assistant as some call them, he is a Surgeon, graduated from the Autonomous University of Mexico and the APRN, he is a Dr. graduated from the University of Havana; all with a qualified medical history and great knowledge. I believe that the patient has their responsibilities and must have respect before the Dr and the staff. I do not agree with those negative comments that they make. I recommend this group because I have interacted with everyone and I see the respect, kindness and professionalism of each one. It is a clean and organized office. I wish many offices would offer services like Felcas Health Center Inc does. Quiero darles las gracias a este gran equipo que trabaja arduamente en estos momentos de la Pandemia ofeciendo un servicio excelente, muy profesional y de gran calidad. En estos momentos tan dificiles es tiempo de agradecer, de dar gracias por los sercicios que estan brindando, no de criticar ni perjudiciar el prestigio de un grupo que ayuda a quienes necesitan, a un gran grupo cordial y amable. Todos los Drs son profesionales y graduados en la Universiad de Medicina. Para aquellos que critican a los PA y APRN, todos son profesionales y se les debe respeto. El PA de este grupo, no es un asistente medico como los llaman algunos, es un Medico Cirujano, graduado en la Universidad Autonoma de Mexico y la APRN, es una Dra graduada en la Universidad de la Havana; todos con un historial medico calificado y con gran conocimiento. Considero que el paciente tiene sus responsabilidades y debe tener respecto ante el Dr y el staff. No estoy de acuerdo con esos comentarios negativos que hacen. Yo recomiendo este grupo porque he interactuado con todos y veo el respeto, la amabilidad y el profesionalismo de cada uno. Es una oficina limpia y organizada. Ojala muchas oficinas ofrecieran servicios como lo hace Felcas Health Center Inc

Every time I come see my physician for a check up I leave 100% satisfied and happy. Every person from the staff is nice, and they are always making sure you feel at home. The physicians take their time with each patient, not like other doctors who want to see a patient in a matter of 10 minutes. I recommend this office to anyone that wants a quality health care office.
