    Mr.Edgar Sainz is cool with me. Really never had a bad bad problem. But my Grandmother always told me it's not where u live it's how u live. No Rats or Roaches in my apartment. INGRAM PARK APARTMENT NICE SIZES ONE BEDROOM FOR ME. JUST LIMITED PARKING

    I was threatened with eviction and had to remove my last review. We are moving soon, so Im sharing my opinion again. Edgar Sainz of Armos is an absolute criminal! Ive been extorted into paying his personal phone bill and as I mentioned before, I was intimidated into removing my original review. I have had a large leaking hole in my bathroom ceiling for weeks! Instead of fixing my problem, the handy men are working on two other empty apartments! Im paying rent (always have), yet I still have the hardest time getting simple things fixed here. There are also rats or mice living in the ceiling. A friend of mine who lived beneath had such an outrageous pest problem she was forced to break her lease and move out. Do not rent from these people.

    I did sign a lease for one year before I had a chance to check the place out (my bad) because I was in desperate need of a place, the same day I went to pick up the keys, saw the place and decided I couldn't live there, the next morning I asked if I could cancel my lease and at least get part of my $1,275.00 deposit back. I was told they were keeping the deposit but not enforcing the lease and if I tried to put a stop payment on the deposit they would enforce the lease and basically screw me over anyway possible, the claim was that multiple people wanted this particular apartment. I don't know how this is even possible as it's a slum and I can't imagine anyone fighting to get into this place, plus they had multiple vacancy's to choose from. I really needed the deposit back,or at least some part back as I still needed a place and I only had the keys for one evening and didn't even come close to moving anything in. Just seems unethical to treat someone like this

    Manager, Edgar Sainz, tries to disrespect you as if youre beneath him. He sends out mass rude and often times threatening text messages. He has no respect for the people who struggle to pay for roaches, and termites. But if you step foot into their management office youll quickly see where the money goes, and its not to fix the units. Edgar once told me he had termites at his home and its a Florida thing I guess by me being from another state. I just laughed as if no youre just nasty and are used to bugs. This place deserves to be condemned. Roach infested, management uses the cheapest tactics to get rid of problems. I lived there a year and a half, no screens on windows a plethora of termites. It started off with just termites. A month after I moved in the roaches. It got so bad they were in my refrigerator. However, I was always told how I had the best and cleanest apt. I cleaned my place time and time again and they never left. The landlord gave me some very cheap bombs and said use this. Thats when I knew it was time to go. Secure gate never works. Trash always in courtyard, animals using the bathroom and owners not cleaning it. Backed up sewage. One lady has rats in her place and they still havent fixed it. They have a tone of new units. No exterminator of any kind treated the places. The entire complex needs renting for termites and a professional with commercial grade products to get rid of the roaches.
