    RDS was very professional, proficient and super customer service. Robin, was our go to and she was very helpful and prompt. And the rates were very competitive. We were able to get our copier in a timely manner and set up. Jorge was fantastic in setting it up and removing our old machine. We love our new copier. Thanks Robin!

    RDS is the finest company I have ever worked with. Its service department has been responsive and provided excellent service. The company always treated our office fairly and promptly. The two owners were always available to discuss any issues which is most unusual but highly appreciative. This is the best company in Florida to lease a machine from.

    I'm a new customer for RDS, but want to share how great my experience has been from my very first contact in working with their team. I was responsible for relocating an office from NY to FL, which included finding a new vendor to work with for our office equipment needs. I did a lot of research initially online for vendors servicing my new office location, and found RDS to have comprehensive, competitive pricing, terms, product offerings and service commitments that really stood out from the rest. I chose to move forward with requesting an intial quote and was connected to Robbin, Sales Asst for RDS. Robbin was very quick to reach out, and from our first contact through today (2.5 weeks later), she is still super quick to get back to me regardless of day/time/request. Robbin and her team were also able to work with me on understanding the complex relationship I needed to exit from our previous location, and had options created that could help my company offset some of the costs from exiting a prior contract. We ended up not going that route, but just knowing that the RDS team was committed to being a good partner from day one was really important and definitely provided the confidence I needed to know they were definitely the right choice for our new office. From there, we finalized our agreement, installation plans, etc, and everything has not just gone smoothly - but has truly taken a lot of stress out of what could otherwise be a stressful situation on top of a lot of other aspects of setting up a new office. I also had a great experience with our RDS Tech, Manuel, who arrived shortly after the install team delivered our equipment, to help ensure I had proper connectivity to all items and knew fully how to use them and what to do in the event there were any unforeseen issues and/or needs for consumables replacement. Despite being a very new customer to RDS, I have great confidence at this point we are going to enjoy a long partnership with them moving forward. I would highly recommend anyone looking to open a new business with a need for office equipment, or having challenges with an existing provider and wanting a change, to take the time to reach out to RDS. You won't be disappointed!
