Heard of this photography through a silent auction. Purchased a voucher for my child's communion pictures (big risk for such an important event) but I always like giving smaller companies a chance. To make an appointment it was a little hard to contact but I figured she is super busy so I was ok with it. Once I got in touch she was very nice & explained in detail everything & expressed how important it would be to be on time for the appointment which I understood it is, so there is no rushing or stressing. The day of the shoot Giselle was 25 MINS LATE & COUNTING...at that point I realized I made a mistake to count on this studio for such important pictures so I decided to leave & not wait anymore. She called me & told me that if I didn't go back she would not accept another appointment or grant the money from the voucher I paid in a silent auction (keep in mind the voucher was for 2 pictures only, clearly I would've bought more). She also excused herself that the appointment was technically at 10 and not 9:45 (the time she voiced & emailed to be there) & that it was not her fault but that she woke up with a headache (
