        Poor customer service - they didnt seem keen to serve me and thought I was just inquiring yet I wanted to pay for their printing services. They only got serious after seeing I wanted to pay. They wouldnt even assist with converting between sizes given an aspect ratio. Good quality prints though.

      Hello Kudzai. Sorry for the misunderstanding. We just needed a horizontal or a vertical size to calculate the proportionate size. When I came out to assist Claudia, you had already calculated the dimensions. sorry if we seemed a little stressed that day we were having technical issues with the internet. I'm glad you liked the prints though.
