Puppies Direct was OUTSTANDING!!! I went there with my two boys and we instantly felt at ease and its the staff. This place is NOT like any other puppy store weve been to. All the other stores have no windows to look inside, and you feel that they are just there to sell overbreed puppies. Jorge, the owner of Puppies Direct was Excellent. He was informative, extremely polite as was all his staff. We bought our dog two days later and its been an absolutely great and wonderful experience. If youre looking for a puppy, look no further, Puppies Direct is the place! Jorge and his team will take care of you!

This is the best puppy store in miami. they are so attentive to their puppys all clean healthy and happy. from the second i walked in i knew it wasnt like any other pet stores i had been too it smelled good all the pens where spotless. I personally got my dog from here and it was the best decision i made he came so well trained he had no problems playing with other dogs. great staff and the best pricing

My friend recommended me this shop and omg! It is literally a hidden gem. I was on the search for a chocolate brown cocker spaniel for months and Jorge was able to locate my dream baby within weeks. As soon as he found her, he called me and sent pictures and next day I had Brownie in my arms. They took care of everything and it was such an amazing experience. My husband and I loved the experience/ shop and trusted so much that we mentioned we had an upcoming trip and asked if we could board her with them and she was the happiest puppy ever! She almost didnt want to come back us. They sent us daily pictures and updates. I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation with words! Thank you Puppies Direct P.S go see Jorge!
