I inquired information online at least 3x. After a week I got a reply with vague response to my questions. I made an appointment to see the place. I showed up to the place on the scheduled time and everything was locked down. No way to get inside and no answer to my calls. I waited 15 minutes and left. Disappointed.

I planned a vacation over the past holidays to Europe with my family and I knew I was going to be away for 2 weeks. My best friend told me she could not take care of my beloved "son" Mr. Marbles. Unfortunately last minute I had to find a sitter for Mr. Marbles. Fortunately for me, I found Urban Cat Sitter. I was a little hesitant to leave him with a sitter because he is very timid and secondly, it was the holidays and I was afraid I could not get in touch with the sitter as much as I wanted to... I am obsessed and need to keep tabs on my son. FORTUNATELY, not only was the facility at Urban Cat Sitter an amazing, beautiful, Key West type of retreat, Monika was extremely attentive and responsive (which I'm not used to because, after all, we are in Miami and I'm accustomed to bad service). Great sign! She would reply to my emails within hours! So far sooo good. I emailed her a couple of times to find out how Mr. Marbles was doing and she took the time to reply and give me details. As a mother, I felt I had abandoned my son but she made me feel OK to be away and enjoy my vacation. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude for the great care Monika took of Mr. Marbles, but to thank her for how attentive, responsive and sweet she is. I'm super happy I found Monika and Urban Cat Sitter. My vacation planning from now is smooth sailing because I found a place for Mr. Marbles while I'm away. No more relying on friends to do you "favors" or family members to remember to feed your cat and what to feed the cat and the times... I will not even ask anyone else to take care of Mr. Marbles. Love, love this place and highly recommend it, take it from a mother who is obsessed with her kitty kat! Thank you Monika!
