HORRIBLE SERVICE, is not a local service with real people, is all subcontracted, they use a call center, impossible to get a hold of a supervisor, was charged for the wrong service, and when you call you can get stock on the phone for an hour until they hang up on you.

Where do I begin. This company is a FRAUD! The service guy comes to my property late and tells me his phone is messed up and cant see my order that my wife specifically took her time and explained to the phone operator when she made the order. He then does what he does in the house and tells me to call in a week. There was NO effect. We had the same problem after he left. So when I call, and let me tell you that you will be on hold for a MINIMUM of 10 minutes every time you call this company, I finally get someone on the phone and its somebody in another country asking me a whole bunch of question all to tel me that theyll have someone call me back. So my time was wasted. No one called. So I called back again and had to wait AGAIN for 10 min and got the same non English speaking operator, did the same waste of time question all to get the same result of someone calling me back. I am beyond frustrated. I will NEVER deal with this company again. NIGHTMARE! I finally get to someone from the company and I asked them if they see anything in my notes because I have enough notes to write a book as many times as I called. Hen they hung up on me. Now Im writing this review.
