Beautiful, but the management team is beyond unreasonable, from blaring fire alarm tests at 6-8am to forcibly stopping you at the door to pay a check in fee for every visitor.

This review is for the property management team. Jazmin, Alexander, and Ms.Pitts are hands down one of the BEST management teams in Miami. They actually answer the phone, keep their office door open, and are always around to answer a question. I am a Realtor and I work with many different properties but none have had the professionalism and kindness like midblock.

Do not book here. Booked at Airbnb here for NEXT YEAR (2022), we paid $700. The host messaged me this week and said upon arrival we have to pay $100 per adult to the front desk, non-refundable, and simply because the office said so. This would cost my group $600 if we showed up. ALMOST THE SAME AS THE AIRBNB COST. Hosts are not supposed to have surprise fees or ask for money outside of Airbnb. He stated it was a law in miami that I have to pay this $100 per person or he would cancel. There is no such law and simply the building is just scamming people. He cancelled on us, though our event is next year much of the airbnbs are booked so we are stuck trying to find somewhere else to stay. After coming here and reading the reviews, it is fair to say that this cancellation was a blessing. DO NOT STAY HERE.
