Trainer John Todaro is amazing. He just completed a 3 week, 11 session training for track specific techniques for my 17 year old granddaughter. The facility is State of the art and John brought out the best in her with measurable improvements. I highly recommend you work with John and Protrain!!

I have a 13 yo daughter who trains with John TODARO. She plays both soccer and volleyball and needed to get into better physical shape to take it to the next level. John was the perfect fit!
