As you can see from previous reviews, the staff answering the phones are extremely rude. If you guys do not like your job, just quit and find something else that is not with customer service. They do not care about giving information on time and are not helpful at all. Only go to this place if you want the biggest headache of your life. If the owner is reading this, please consider hiring some friendly staff.

Today I went to the doctor and left there insulted. Since my son was born in 2016, he has been a patient of Dr. Luaces, excellent doctor and super loved and recommended, it's a shame that Capote's wife works there, I had never seen a pediatrician who treated children and was so disrespectful. Today I took my son because he has been diagnosed with autism with ADHD and hyperactivity since he was 2 and a half years old and all his therapies are due and he needed referrals. That lady deigned to ask me if I was making up my son's diagnosis. and he started telling me that if I had given him the telephone and the television, I had ruined my son. I don't think any mother makes up a diagnosis for her child because I would love for mine to not have to go to therapy. I felt humiliated and I didn't even look at my son in the consultation. I feel very sorry for Dr. Luaces that his office has only one star due to the behavior of this doctor.

Horrible services! Front staff extremely disrespectful and super lazy. They dont provide accurate information about the patients needs in my case I need my vaccine records for school purpose and supposedly they cant give it because you havent had an appointment with them for years. Im extremely disappointed with the services they have provided until now the doctor here is Dr. Jorge Luaces and back when he used to be my pediatrician people around him used to be a lot more professional and they better understood the needs of the public! I really hope this place is able to come back to how they used to be before.
