As good as Dr kleidarmacher is, making some one wait for 45 mins with no end in sight is not ok . My son had tubes in his ears done by Dr Paul in July and I was happy with how it was done and how he explained to me in detail on whats involved On my first follow up I waited about 20 mins and honestly that was ok. However today was my second follow up and I got there on time . After waiting outside for 20 mins, the medical assistant took us in and checked my sons ear pressure and said the doctor will be soon. Obviously that didnt happen and I ended up leaving ! As I was leaving , Dr Paul walked out of the prior appointment and into a brand new one while I was there not even acknowledging me or saying Im sorry I made you wait that long! He just went into the appointment after mine while the mas scrambled to get him to see if he could see us (all this whole Im waiting at the door). Everyones time is valuable . I also have to get to work and keep my time commitments. Please be respectful of your patients time.

THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE! WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Paul kleidermacher for an ear infection, I made an appointment at 1:30. I arrived 15 before my appointment because I was a new patient at the office so I knew I had to fill out some documents, Even though I arrived 15 minutes beforeThey didnt take me into a room until 2:20 PM, No other patients were waiting in the waiting room and no other patients were being attended. Once they finally took me in I spent another 30 minutes waiting the doctor came in asked me the same questions the nurse had, and then checked my ear told me that I had an infection and a little cerumen accumulated inside. He removed the cerumen and just left it on the table. Prescribed me a few drops for the infection and left. Didnt explain what the drops were for or how long I should use them. I went to reception and had to ask all the remaining information myself. The girl told me that I had to make another appointment for next week and to take the drops like the pharmacy said. Why the service bothered me? 1. I had to wait more than 2 hours for my appointment and I was 5 minutes with the doc. 2. I had to pay $147 for the appointment and then an additional $130 just for the removal of the cerumen. 3. The drops he prescribed me were $280 and also a tonal audiometry of $550. 4. The doctors priority seemed like money, not people. The mood was horrible in this office, I felt like a number, I did not feel comfortable. The doctor tried to do everything fast no matter how I felt, if you are thinking of going to that place KEEP AWAY. Patients are just a number that they can charge for insurance. Dr. Kleidermacher treated me for a persistent cough and was very well-educated while making sure everything was explained thoroughly to me. I highly recommend this Doctor! :)

I highly recommend this doctor. He has been amazing with my two young girls and the fluid in their ears. He was patient and kind with them. He also saw my husband who was deaf in one ear. He helped him to hear him again. He worked diligently until he found the problem and solved it. I would highly recommend Dr. Kleidermacher.
