    Very poor service and staff wish I can give them negative stars there isn’t an ounce of care with the staff and are rude to patients. Unprofessional prosthetic technician spoke down to me and embarrassed me during my appointment. Never ever use this company 😡

    Worst customer service ever, the secretary is very unprofessional, where have you ever seen a secretary that can not tell you if an order has been place or not? I place the order February 23rd, I called March 12 because I have the appointment to go see the ortho Thursday, they tell me then that they've been trying to get a letter from the doctor of medical necessity that they've been faxing stuff over and they do not response. I had to call my doctor, so pretty much i did the secretary, what's the point of having an incompetent secretary? She had two weeks prior to get that information and they wait till I call to find out whether the brace had arrived or not. To make matter worst to have her tell you next time just use another place WoW the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism. Do not waste your time or money on this place. The order was place 3 weeks ago, mind you before placing the order I asked if that was going to be an issue I was told it was not. Due to their uneven schedule I wasn't able to take the baby to get sized for the prosthetic brace, they said that was not an issue that I can have the Orthopedics send them the measurement. Today after 4 days of waiting to get a response in regards to the brace they tell me that I didn't even take the time to take the baby to get measured there which was a requirement. Are you freaking kidding me I asked the lady before placing the order and she said it would not be an issue. I'm at the Orthopedics right now and I have no brace. I've been calling for the past week because today I have the appointment and according to them it's in process. I asked her in process of being made? in process of being shipped? She tells me they cannot give me a response in regards to weather is being processed or whether they're being made. I have never been so upset, not because I had to wait because I knew I had to wait, but because this lady which I believe her last name is Velazquez. Had the audacity to be so unprofessional and disrespectful to tell me next time just use another. My question to the owner is is this the way that you treat your customers? Mind you I'm not a first-time customer I've been coming here for 2 years because my child has a club foot. It's not what you say but how you say it for future reference.

    If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Do not waste your time going here. There is no communication from the staff and the clinician seems bothered if you have any questions. You will die before you get a call back. I had a prescription and insurance pre-approval, months ago for a new back brace. I only went to this location because the brace was out of stock at two other locations. My prescription was for a standard brace; not custom made. I went in person, gave them all the documentation and they did not want to be bothered with taking measurements for a brace ahead of time. They claimed they needed to verify the authorization and would call us to be fitted and pick up brace soon. They called back about a month later saying it was approved and asked for measurements/weight over the phone and told us we would be called to pick it up...that was the last we heard from them. Fast forward 5 months later when we called to follow up again and were now informed that their clinician denied the brace because he did not have additional notes from the doctor, despite appropriate diagnosis, specific prescription and an insurance approval.
